* Seriously, your LEVERAGE education is going to cost less than your college tuition in both TIME and MONEY!

The Difference Between A Winning And Losing Personal Finance Strategy is Knowledge...

What separates someone with a solid financial portfolio from someone that doesn’t? The answer is simple: Knowledge.

It doesn’t have anything to do with who makes more money, who has higher living costs, or who started their personal finance strategy earlier. It has everything to do with KNOWLEDGE.

If you had the manual to make a million dollars, would you have a million dollars? Of course! You’d simply follow the steps in the manual and you’ll end up with a million dollars!

The person with the solid financial portfolio has this type of manual. They know what options they have for earning, giving, and investing for example. Knowledge advising them good options from poor options allow them to take the best course of action.

If you had that knowledge, wouldn’t it make sense that you’d be able to do the same?

If you had the knowledge to build a solid financial portfolio, what would that mean? Less frustration? Less stress? Less anxiety? Less depression?

If you had the knowledge to build a solid financial portfolio, what would that enable? Being able to protect your family? Being able to go on that dream vacation? Being able to LIVE your dreams?

Who is Donald Lee?

Donald Lee is a Canadian software engineer and a Instagram and Youtube Influencer currently residing in the United States.

Through his Youtube Channel Coursehack, he educates people on all things related to personal finance, programming, economics, and math. While going off on rants on his Vlogs about all things philosophical and life-related. His factual, educational content are valuable, his philosophical and life-related content are opinionated and cheap, though spurs thought and reflection.

He moved from Canada to United States with a little less than $2,000 in 2016 and in four years, grew that to $100,000. He did that NOT by luck, chance, entrepreneurship, or the lottery, but by diligently applying five crucial steps, which he credits for dominating his personal finance game.

How Is This Book Different?

In this free digital copy of his new book Leverage, you’ll learn how financial responsibility and security is really the result of applying 5 simple steps.

You’ll discover common misconceptions and beliefs surrounding ourselves and government programs such as Medicare. In addition, you’ll learn of the many vehicles available to grow your money in today’s quick changing environment.

There aren’t a lot of resources teaching personal finance. You can learn it through unstructured content found on the internet, books, or through a financial advisor. However, are they transparent? Are they trustworthy? Are they trying to sell me? Those are some questions that inevitably comes up.

Leverage was written by Donald, a software engineer who learned about personal finance because he was lucky enough to have in his network trusted financial advisors who taught him since the age of 18. Not everyone has that same trusted network and education, which is why Donald is sharing his. In it’s own unique way, Leverage was written by an author outside of the finance industry, which is why it is more applicable than any other personal finance book.

If you feel like you don’t know where to start or maybe you’ve been in this game for a while, but don’t feel a sense of financial responsibility or security, Leverage was written to help you.

Here’s an overview of everything Donald discusses in the book:

Who is This Book For?

Leverage is for people who never took a personal finance class in high school or university, which is a lot of people because as per the Council of Economic Education, “Only 17 out of 50 states require high schools to teach at least one class in personal finance.”

It is also for those who just feel lost with it comes to personal finance, those who don’t know where to start, or don’t feel like they have a good sense of financial responsibility or security.

It’s a book for those who just want a short structured read telling them the steps they need to do. It’s practically aimed at people not in the finance industry, though people working in finance might also get some golden nuggets from this book.

If you want to acquire a sense of financial responsibility or security or wish to improve your means of financially protecting yourself, YOUR LOVED ONES, AND YOUR FAMILY, then you need to read Leverage. It’s as simple as that.

Growing to $100,000 Net Worth

Grew my net worth leveraging the exact 5 step system from my book – Leverage.

Donald moved to the United States from Canada for a software engineering job in May 2016. He had $1,918.66 in his pocket when he moved to the United States.

Donald left his last job in Vancouver, Canada, his hometown, in January 2016 with about $10,000 CAD, equivalent to $7,000 USD.

He was incredibly unhappy at his previous job and waking up was difficult. Every day, he would be at his job waiting for 5:00PM to roll by, so he could leave. Only to have to do it again the next day.

Every single day, he was micromanaged by the manager he worked under. Every day, he was told what to do without his opinions being considered.

“It was very much a ‘shut up and do your job like you’re told’ situation. It was a very toxic work environment.” – Donald

He lived this unhappy situation for months prior. He didn’t know what to do. He just wanted to get out. So, he made a target. He knows he wouldn’t get a job right away after leaving. So, he built his emergency fund. $10,000 was the target. He projected that it will last him up to June. $2,000/month. His projections were pretty accurate as depicted above because by May he was down to his last $2,000.

Fortunately, he was hired for his next job in Birmingham AL, USA in May 2016. Not long after moving to Birmingham, AL USA, Donald met his next financial advisor who is still his financial advisor today through, believe it or not, salsa dancing. The rest is history.

Taeook, his financial advisor, taught him how to leverage the 5 steps necessary to dominate the game of debt, investing, and financial security. Since the five steps worked so well for him (as depicted above), Donald wanted to share that with others who wanted to do the same.

“It’s been a journey and the journey is not over. I successfully grew $2,000 to $100,000 in four years. But, I’m still at the starting line. The next goal is growing to $1,000,000 and sharing the steps I took to accomplish that.”  – Donald
